Arriving Late

In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15-20 minutes late will possibly have to forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled. If you feel you will be late, please give us a call. 

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any appointments 2.5 hours or longer we ask for 48 hour notification. Any cancellations made after the 24/48 hour time frame will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. 

No Show

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 25% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment.

Deposit

Appointments requiring 2 hours or longer may be subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted at the completion of your services.

Children

For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding children in the salon. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Children are welcome during their scheduled appointment time.

Product Returns

We are happy to return/exchange any retail products you purchased within 14 days of original purchase. 

Right to Refuse Service

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Surveillance Policy

Local Beauty and Phenix Salon Suites has several surveillance cameras inside and outside our building for safety and protection of our staff and clients.

Service Gaurantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections.

Pet Policy

Unfortunately, Tennessee State laws and Phenix Salon Suites do not allow any pets (unless certified service dogs) in salons or spas.
